In most instances, orders are processed and shipped the same day (at most within 1-2 business days). There is no way to cancel an order or change the address once it has been shipped.
If you need to cancel an order or change the address, please message us through our contact form as soon as possible and we will do our best to make that happen.
In most cases, if the order cannot be delivered due to an error in the address, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fee.
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned to us.
In all cases, please contact us for returns of defective products, and we will guide you through the procedure. In most cases, our products are covered by manufacturers' warranties and we will help you in resolving your return to the manufacturer.
