Presenters: Lara Gregory, is a Relationship and Intimacy Coach, trained in Psychology, Ontological Life Coaching and Somatic Sex Education. Lara works with individuals and couples in areas of self pleasure, becoming erotic, consent (for more pleasure) - education, skills and practices. Self Pleasure is a foundational self love practice in her life. It has been since she was a child. She vividly remembers discovering self pleasure on purpose, and consider myself blessed to have done so. Self pleasure started from curiosity, was definitely pleasure, and later was also self soothing. Self pleasure can be explored and expanded in limitless ways. For Lara, pleasure is about embodied sensation, breath, self expression, love, and pleasure for the sake of pleasure.
